They do not care about your well being as a whole. Didn’t have bathrooms inside the building. Had to use porta potties in the cold if they would even let you go use them. No heat in the middle of winter. Will expect high effort from you consistently throughout the entire shift. Took away 2/3 of our breaks and pushed the last one until last minute because it hurt productivity. Will lie to you about the amount of work required for the night.
