Meaning men and women gossip, try to hold hierarchy over others, etc - You can only get promoted if the higher ups (PA's, OM's) like you, so play the politics - They bring in college students to be red vests/ OM. These folks don't have enough people management, conflict resolution skills or work experience and confident to lead teams of varying ages, background, education, temperament, etc
