      Vacation and sick time is insane good.

      Up high leadership just wants numbers; they want you to get results like now. But at the same time be very nice and understanding to the employees.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
