Depends on your team You will learn so much that you will have to throttle the amount of information that your brain can receive. Good pay Great echo system to advance your learning. If you find a good team, you will work hard together, if you don't, you will suffer.
Cons
1. No job security. You can easily get laid off after investing so much of your time Management isn't transparent about it. You get more information from Blind than management 2. CHANGE IS A CONSTANT. In my first year, I had 3 different director L8 managers. I and 3 different direct report L6 manager
