      Really good learning to grow oneself. I grew from being a developer who needed support to independently delivering features and products for customers. Learnt the right way to project technical and non-technical skills for the betterment of customers. Compensation is slightly lower toindustry standards in Bay Area.

      Cons

      Politics and re-orgs hamper your growth. Try to stay away from it if possible.

      - Politics often gets in the way of good work - Clueless, rudderless leadership just cause problems (can be org dependent) - People are encouraged to only do things that check arbitrary criteria for promotion, trying to do what's best or what's right is discouraged - Not many extra benefits compared to other big tech - Work/life balance can be rough (team dependent)
