Pros
Have only been with the company about 3 months and so far my time has been focused on learning rather than delivery. Not everyone gets to do that, but that 3-month window is the company's goal, and it's a vast improvement over places I've worked at before. I feel like I will know what I am doing before I am expected to do it.
Cons
Working on a global team within my function has plenty of benefits, but one downside is that it can take time to get things done when coordinating with people on the other side of the world. Every MNC faces that, of course, but there seems to be more intercontinental collaboration here. But this is a VERY minor "con."
