Pros

Looks great on a resume Lots of amazing hard working honest caring people Upskilling programs. College tuition assistance and certification assistance Big company, can see internal job postings Working on cutting edge server equipment Internal wiki with loads of information

Cons

Outsourcing to contract workers that have little to no experience and aren't given proper training. Little promotions in DCO/DECOM/Install/Scaling. Most promotions go to DCEO Your manager is everything, can easily go from an amazing workplace culture to walking on eggshells depending on the management strategy Inconsistent expectations Ground floor and upper leadership communication non-existent Micro managing and metrics tracking moving into all departments through the "boost electron" system

Pros

Great team when you have a manager and full team that works well and collaborates well. Stock is great. And you know when youre doing well, the pay increase is roughly the same as everyone else.

Cons

Low perks compared to other FAANG companies and most teams have high turn over

Pros

- Strong place to be early in your career as it provides valuable training and the brand recognition can create strong future opportunities. - Is great if you’re interested in what you’re doing/selling

Cons

- 5 days in office is not great for work/life balance - If your manager doesn’t like you, good luck! - 401k match is lower than most companies - Base salary compensation is weak compared to other big tech - Leveling/career progression is near impossible due to reorgs leading to a promotion “freeze” - Role can evolve over time in ways that may not align with original job expectations
