Pros
Employees on the production floor are friendly. That's about the only positive thing I can think of after 6 years with this company.
Cons
- "Office vs production" mentality here. Office employees are superior and if you're an hourly employee, you mean nothing. Workplace culture here reflects a high school clique. - Hard work is punished. Promotions are given to those who sit in the office and gossip all day. Perfect attendance? Perfect performance reviews? "Sorry, we gave that promotion to someone who isn't qualified because he's our buddy. " - Wasted 6 years of my life/career here. Empty promises, lies, corruption, and favoritism by management. Probably the most incompetent group of people I've ever worked for. I have worked in some pretty bad places, but this was the worst by far.
