      The company is a corporate and as so got many resources and opportunists. The salaries are good, work-life balance is kept and there are many rules.

      Cons

      As a corporate, it takes time to adopt new technologies. The level is low and you always deal with 'delivering code'.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
