      1. A lot o facilities (Breakfast, fruits, snacks free of cost). 2. Subsidised delicious lunch and dinner.

      1. Very short time(15 days to 30 days) onsite travelling. 2. A bit politics.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
