Toxic management leads to burnout and frustration - Software Engineer Amdocs Employee Review

It sucks, from the higher management down to team leads all are lapdogs. they want you to work till u are burned out. unli vacation? hahaha but its so hard to get their approval for it so its non sense. 5x rto haha, there is a "cleanroom" so you cannot work from home, even if you live 15km from the office you need to go if youre the support hahahah, managers and team leads wont even do anything if youre burned out. they will listen and say they will talk to the higher management but they wont do anything because they are lapdogs. increase in workload but no increase in salary
