      * Onsite Opportunities *Employee care and engagement activities *Open communication no sir and mam culture you can bypass your immediate managers for you concerns and talk directly to higher management with ease. *CSR activities and Opportunities. *Food coupons and scrumptious food servings alongwith, snacks and fruits. *Decent hikes always little up from market. *Focus on Innovation and automation across all projects and units. *Overall excellent company to work with.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
