      Big company with many options for employment, give possibility to involve in new issues in programming, courses given on regular basis, good relations between colleges, can get help in some family situation

      Very result oriented , no chance to error , many hours to work, very stressful work

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
