Pros
The benefits that are available through the company are very nice. My immediate supervisor was amazing, however she was not able to lead the team with out intervention from leadership.
Cons
Leadership asks for several hours overtime but did not want it put on time sheet. They require you to learn new tools but do not give the time and/or resources to use to learn. Company streches employees very thin, in my history I noticed they will lay off staff, then expect others to take work load but the work load doesn't decrease. Employees are stressed and tend to not have a very good work life balance.
