Business Outlook
Pros
Most employees are experienced and hold good knowledge. A nice environment to work in. An option to work from home from time to time. Another benefit the the welfare department, which gives some good discounts for outside & personal activities.
Cons
Working crazy hours, not much of a consideration of Work/Life balance. An employee who dares to put limits of working hours is rarely promoted. GL's and PM's are workng demanded to work even harder. The work is always behind schedule. Poor relationship between Applications, Development and QA teams.
