      Offices use nice toilet paper

      Cons

      Management can't do their job so laying off staff. Unless Israeli or from India are 3rd class. last for promotion, bouns, and first to be laid off. India manager baldy solo you and team members never speak English.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
