      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office and challenging tasks. Reviews on performance twice a year. It depends a lot on projects and clients how it’s going to be.

      Cons

      Very old technologies, non-existing documentation, lot of micro-management and no training for new positions. As result bad planning is around the corner all the time.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
