Pros
- Known to have among the best work cultures - very friendly management, everyone is treated with due respect (there are exceptions, but very few) - promotes learning and gives opportunity to work on new technologies
Cons
- long-term vision seems to be lacking sometimes - hikes are not uniform across products/projects, so depends on your luck - whether you get in a financially strong group/project - newer/niche products/projects that may take time in bringing new revenue streams seem to get neglected in favor of existing well-established ones, this is despite Innovation/R&D being highly publicized
