      Pros

      Positive atmosphere great leadership amazing people clear company culture and vision. Allow moving between the different roles and a lot of progression opportunities

      Cons

      Slow change adjustments and there is some bureaucracy with different processes that sometimes make the adoption of the process slower than would be expected

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
