      Pros

      Employee freindly hardly any weekend work if you get in medical trouble for long perids, Managers and Leads will help Salary according to Market Transport is excellent. They have a new app service to book or cancel at will anytime. HR keeps on organization this and that. Sometimes it feels is it a work place or Fun Place. Free Breakfast and Free Snacks. Believe me or not , half of people dont quit just for this:) .

      Yes!—there is: - People hardly get progressed here, God may come down and bless you but Management will wait for that extra mile! - you may end up with white hair before you get some kick up in the career ladder.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
