-On average ,Good work life balance -Big Company with lot of opportunities, Ability to move between Positions or to relocate -Most of employees are friendly and pleasant to work with -If you are passionate and hard worker , you will get the promotion you wish for.
Cons
- If you passionate to make the word better place , this is not the place for you . -Heavy competition forcing the company to relay on cheap Indian work force . from employment perspective most of the growth is in India - you can find most of your team located in India , and eventually loose your work .
