      Pros

      Food and travel are provided as toys for employees to play for some time . And then these stuff will handed over to other new employee.

      Cons

      No technical growth/learning. Management is more focused upon giving false promises. Once they find new people , they don't care about previous ones.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
