      Salaries are good compared to similar companies

      Cons

      You are expected to work 60-70 hours per week at a minimum. Work-life balance does not exist. HR department is the worst in the industry - most of them are arrogant, condescending, enjoy gossiping about their people's issues with others, and feel they have much better things to do than listen to you and -god forbid- try to help.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
