- Perfect and flexible Environment (Unlike typical environment, you don't need to complete your hours and don't need to maintain the time-in time-out) - You can have good work life balance - Employee values are higher than other organization -On Site Opportunities are quite good
Cons
-This is a product based company so don't expect to have much technical aspect( although it depends if you are in core team,you will be closely work in emerging technologies) -On site opportunities are for short periods
