Overall Amdocs is a great company to work for. You get to work on the technology running some of the largest companies in the world. There are mostly technical roles, but a few non tech as well. If you have cellphone, you have probably interacted with Amdocs software in some way or another and didn't even know it. The Perks.... Amdocs is a very fast paced and demanding work environment. There are continuous improvement expectations This is not a 9-5 feet on the desk type of job. It requires strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex technical challenges, and navigating culture differences. Expect to be challenged and pushed out of your comfort zone. Some people enjoy this because it will help you grow and others are put off by it.
