      Top-down hierarchy. *Require occasional evening/weekend work. **Open source software. *But you can work 1 day at home and if work 2 days on weekend you can take a day off. **Company is moving to this direction.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
