      Pros

      Provides good facilities for employees like food, travel. Relaxed uniform rules. No formals needed! Lots of activities keep happening frequently. On site oppotunities are good in most teams.

      Cons

      Insane working hours in most teams. Weekends are mostly treated as weekdays. Rife with team politics. Quality of work is not good. Limited development work in most teams.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
