      Ability to gain public International experience

      Cons

      Does not provide training opportunities, provide less than 1.5 percent salary increases average per year since 2007, not authentic, no empowerment of employees. Bureaucracy is out of control.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
