      - Employee benefit programs are better than other IT companies - Better onsite opportunities - Quality peers as compared to other similar companies

      Cons

      - In some projects, work load is way too much - I feel that the brand 'Amdocs' is diluting day by day as an Employer.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
