      Work life balance is an issue for experienced developers. Work on Amdocs Product, which are good, but not on latest technologies Estimations are not provided properly, specially duration Quality is affected due to this

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
