      Legacy products and legacy technology although now they are moving to cloud with new suit of technologies but still for majority of employees it is difficult to learn new stack.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
