If you are lucky enough you will get good team to work with. Working environment is good. Lot of training sessions. Job Flexibility.
Cons
No sure and definite proper growth. Company can show you the doors when ever they want. Increments are very low and at times nill if you are a avg performer and just too concerned with your work and not goofing around with managers or directors. This will give you an insight.
