      Respectable company, Very good Products and Customer Oriented. Limit is boundless for talented resources. Supportive management. It gives all facilities for relocation employees like cargo,home leave allowance, good insurance, bonus etc..

      Cons

      Immigration policy of the company is unnecessarily complex due to long approval process, which kills time. They are not proactive. Movement between countries or different visa is very much cumbersome

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
