      Good compensation, location, people, free breakfast and coffee, offices (no open space)

      Old technologies, work-life balance, a lot of people that didn't see anything except amdocs and think that work processes are ok

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
