a lot of technical knowledge to gain, nice team management and lot of fun for employees. the employees gets exposure to lot of things that groom him so that he can survive the industry.
Cons
KT schedule is what i found not up to the mark apart from that i liked the organisation. there should be a proper schedule as it makes the employee understand the job requirement and can proceed.
