      Got nice experience for backend things and a helpful team and manager. Team is pretty talented technically

      Some times work life balance is disturbed. Hikes could be less.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
