Pros
Joined as a Fresher, worked for more than 6 years in different projects, 6 different managers , more than 10 leads, 3 different teams. Amdocs is kind of first love for me. Based on this I can state below pros on Amdocs as a organisation - 1. Diversity, as i have worked on many projects so get a chance to work with many different clients. 2. Work-life balance. More than 90% of time my work and life is highly balanced. 3. Worked on many different tools and technologies. 4. Worked upon Legacy (ensemble) to latest BSS/OSS products. 5. Worked with Israel team and management. 6. Manager's/Lead/Colleagues helped me a lot in my bad days, all are very supportive. 7. Complimentary Breakfast and snacks which is USP of Amdocs. 8. Holidays, Leaves (casual and sick) are very much balanced. 9. Yearly/quarterly gift vouchers for movie.(which is currently not available) 10. Annual gift vouchers for shopping. 11. Recognition and reward in every quarter which like 100$ to 500$(only for top performer) 12. Annual Bonus on top of salary , based on your years of experience and performance. 13. Flexible working hours. 14. Many learning sessions provide.
Cons
1. Compensation is low compared to the market. 2. Annual Salary revision is also low compare to market. 3. Employees should be treated fairly across the globe. 4. Now a days Amdocs culture is become similar to service based organization. 5. Not much employee centric.
