Pros
On paper unlimited vacations so if you have a valid reason and nice manager, you may get unlimited vaccinations otherwise it’s just a financial strategy and one is not able to utilize the limited vacation itself because of work streas, specially the oldest client project - US AT&T.
Cons
You get a lot if stress here, 9 hours is not Considered a good time ,BAU minimum 11 hours a day in SmartOps unit(production support). There is no chance of relocation here, even if there’s any openings approved for relocation- the whole offshore management want their favorite people to be relocated not the deserving one. And to become a favorite you should be atleast 5 years experience here 😄. So you want to wait that long.?
