      Comfort, kind of cage of gold. Mostly good people (not management)

      Cons

      Not developers, mostly implementors. Low salary. Very old tech, without wellness for a progress. Broken projects. Delivery no matter what you deliver.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
