      Pros

      Free Breakfast and evening snack Work from Home option (but manager has to agree which is sometimes not possible) Few benefits in terms of coupons/vouchers (But management's favourites will bag that most of the times)

      Cons

      Promotion is difficult unless you have good relations with senior management Follows too many processes unnecessarily Work-life balance is bad (if you escape, then you are lucky)

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
