      Pros

      Decent Salary, lovely offices, new technology (depending on the department your work in), flexible WFH/WFO choices.

      Cons

      Some departments are literally lost. Lack of mentorship (especially for new recruits), Managerial/Organizational structure is a mess.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
