      Pros

      • Very smart and capable people among the company • Prague team is like a family, supportive and friendly environment • Room for personal growth is there • Healthy level of workload stress and life balance

      Cons

      • Sometimes overly laid back attitude led to critical mistakes • A conservative company where the median age is 50+ which can be a mismatch for younger people (however the people are nice and helpful, which in the end is what really matters)

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
