      -Old people who has been working there forever - layoffs once a year - don't show appreciation to the junior employees - low salary - if you don't have close relationships with management you need to be worried. - Boring products

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
