      The culture of the company is very good. it's an environment that you can easily make friends for life. Also there is a lot of flexibility to employees as long as they do what is necessary for their project.

      Salaries are not the top of the market.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
