Pros

They contract out their employees to work at other companies which is a great way to expand skills and network. They are no micro managers and don't add a lot of administrative overhead to the people who do the work.

Cons

As an employee who is contracted to other companies, you have two "masters" who may deem your role or work not necessary. Amdocs did significant downsizing in 2024. They fired people that were in the wrong cities no matter how good their work was or how much the client wanted to retain them. Essentially, Amdocs looks at most (or all) of their employees as just a badge number with a salary number associated with a revenue number.

Pros

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Cons

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
