      -> its all about the food-The food is good we have so many options to eat. -> location - the magarpatta city is so good and we have hybrid mode too.

      Cons

      Many layoffs are going so. I was affected by it too. They have removed five freshers in 5 months. I think they are facing some budget issues

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
