Pros
Excellent disease mgmt protocol, really believe mission statement outside of my location. Lots of education for staff and opportunities to continue education with licensure reinbursement. Flexible schedule working home health, lots of autonomy
Cons
Lack of communication, scapegoating, poor organization, hiring of underqualified mgmt team. Unclear pay structure, often work for no pay as a necessary part of job and because of vague pay structure. No support from team members, no follow up with providers, no back up from other nurses, no continuity of care due to high staff turn over. No espirit d corps.
