Amedisys, great corporation, terrible local office - Case Manager Amedisys Employee Review

Lack of communication, scapegoating, poor organization, hiring of underqualified mgmt team. Unclear pay structure, often work for no pay as a necessary part of job and because of vague pay structure. No support from team members, no follow up with providers, no back up from other nurses, no continuity of care due to high staff turn over. No espirit d corps.
