High Stress Level / Less Appreciation & Support - Bos Amedisys Employee Review

Staff are not committed to their daily expectations Give an inch they want a yard Stay an hour overtime they expect it all the time No concren for family and personal time Not enough time in a day to complete all office staff paperwork No Training/Orientation an 800+ page Office of Operations Manual to read/train yourself Mgmt don't appreciate/support staff Unrealistic duties to perform daily Changes occur often and majority of the time w/o notification. Long hours and very little appreciation or feedback No one takes responsibility for their wrong or indifferent actions Everyone wants to be rewarded w/o hard work. All wrong doing get blamed on BOS HIGH LEVEL OF STRESS
