Pros
In todays economy, having a job to go to is very important. If the economy weren't as bad as it is right now, I would be long gone from Amedisys !!
Cons
It's all about numbers, Medicare approval, documentation.......this company doesn't seem to care that good pt care is not given in the way it should be. Being up til midnight every night finishing paperwork is on YOUR time, they don't pay you for your time after hours. Any clinician who claims to be able to see 7-10 patients a day and get all their paperwork done on time and transmitted is not being honest with themselves !
