I would give zero stars if Glassdoor let me - Human Resources Amedisys Employee Review

Upper management is clueless about how to manage the office staff let alone the field. Human Resources is a mess with around 50% turnover in the last six months (if not more) and only continues to go downhill because the good people are the ones leaving. HR is only in place to protect the company from the employees when they should be the ones helping. If you want to work for a company with a healthy environment and good culture, please move on. This will not be your place.
